Join Forged Soul at the Nest Lactation on Wednesdays at 9:45 am beginning on April 19th! Come with your baby for a gentle movement yoga class suitable for any level yogi (yes including beginners). Participants will get the opportunity to move their bodies and connect with not only themselves but have fantastic bonding time with their little ones. Bonus because there are sure to be lots of giggles with the babies! Jaki and/or Jordain will be guiding the practices and we know what a special time this will be! Join for 1 session or all 8! $20/session. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, but you may borrow one of ours if needed!
