As part of the habitat restoration efforts around Lake Lily New Jersey Audubon Society (NJA) will be coordinating a volunteer planting to reestablish native plants along East Lake Drive. A joint effort between NJA and Public Works crew cleared out a dense thicket of invasive species. We'll be replacing these with a mix of native trees and shrubs. Come out, plant some trees, and learn about the benefits that native plants have for people and wildlife!
