Location: Wicker Park(look for a rainbow unbrella near the community garden for meeting spot) Time: 1pm-5pm Activities: While this is a BYOC event and all attendees are expected to bring their own supplies, there will will be a cookbook scrapbook people can add art pages to and a queer themed music playlist for people to dance their gay butts off. Covid-19 Safety: Masks are encouraged to be worn when not eating and being fully Covid vaccinated is a requirement for attendance Food Guidlines: All food must be clearly labeled with what it is and if the food item contains any potential allergens These include but are not limited to: -Gluten -Dairy -Nuts -Soy -Shellfish -Meat of any kind -Eggs Additional guidelines Please note that this is a queer community focused event, while allies are welcome the safety of the LGBT attendees will take priority. Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated at this event and any reports of such can/will result in violators being banned from future events. While a large picnic blanket will provided it might not be enough to cover everyone so it is suggested but not required that you bring towels/blankets of your own. All attendees will be expected to clean up their supplies at the end of the event and any left over food/craft tool maybe thrown out to ensure that we are maintaining park space cleanliness (any items of clear value i.e. phones, wallets will be saved and [email protected] can be contacted after the event for pickup)
