Join us as we commune with nature on a 2 mile out and back hike and meditate. Our Hike has an uneven dirt trail with a small creek crossing (depending on weather) • Location: Catalina Family Picnic Grove (151st in Orland Park) 1130am • Sitting meditation in the middle of the hike • Bring water bottle and boots/shoes that can get dirty • Optional - hiking poles, insect repellant and small blanket or towel for sitting portion • Car Pool available from Beverly Unitarian Church 10244 Longwood Drive Chicago IL 60643 Contact Eric for carpool at [email protected]
