Students will be guided through a trauma-sensitive, gentle yoga practice devoted to self-care. This will be a sacred, safe space for sensing into the body. All levels are welcome.
These practices can help you to:
*transition your body-mind into a rest and assimilate mode
*attune to and cultivate safety within your body
*release physical, emotional, and energetic restrictions
*cultivate self-love and radical self-acceptance
Limited space, pre-registration is required.
