In this 2 hour workshop you will learn the basic macrame knots to create your very own wristlet. This is a perfect class for beginners and you will leave with the knowledge and skill to create more at home! You'll be able to choose from a variety of colors day-of as well as a brass or silver keyring. Join us for a fun evening of creative play and community. Bio: Sage King is a Kailua-based Fiber Artist that brings to life the beauty of Hawaii through her macraweaves of Oahu’s most iconic landscapes as well as her abstract pieces that capture the vibrant colors and natural elements of the islands. Along with creating art, she hosts workshops and facilitates retreats aimed to bring creativity, mindfulness, movement and sound together into one intentional space. Her hope is to offer an experience for women of all artistic levels to come together to tap into their creative-selves, connect with each other, and leave feeling nurtured, centered and relaxed.
