Join us for a speed networking event on Monday, May 15th from 8:00-10:30 am at the Caltrans District 7 Headquarters. We will be hosting public sector speakers, providing updates on upcoming transportation procurement opportunities related to professional services and construction, followed by a speed networking event for primes and small businesses. This one-of-a-kind event is designed to foster new relationships and teaming opportunities in support of Small Business month. A limited number of self-parking is available at the Caltrans Headquarters building. Please register for the "Self-parking at Caltrans HQ" ticket type to reserve a parking space. More details on pricing and logistics to follow. Those that do not register for parking, and for overflow, self-parking will be at the Doubletree Hotel, 120 South Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The venue is also nearby the Pershing Square Metro stop. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app. What if I want to pay with a check? Corporate Partner vouchers will NOT be accepted for this event. Vouchers are accepted for monthly Programs. No refunds will be available for this event, but you may be eligible to transfer your registration to another WTS member. Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page.  We do offer a limited number of walk-in tickets the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket.  All walk-in tickets are subject to a $20 late fee.
