Join us for a 4-course Italian-inspired wine-pairing dinner at Parkside with our friends from Juggernaut, Phantom, and Bogle wineries! The dinner will take place May 11th from 6pm-9pm with cocktail hour starting at 6pm and dinner starting promptly at 7pm.
1st Course
Antipasto (charcuterie board)—an assortment of cured meats, fresh fruits, and cheeses
Paired with Juggernaut Russian River Pinot Noir
2nd Course
Cheese stuffed arancini with a Calabrian red pepper chili sauce
Paired with Juggernaut Cabernet Sauvignon
3rd Course
Lamb osso bucco—lamb braised in a blonde demi-veal sauce, root veggie mash from parsnips and rutabaga, and a red pepper and mushroom ragu sauce
Paired with Phantom Chardonnay
4th Course
Chocolate chip and sweet ricotta cannoli
Paired with Bogle Petite Sirah Port
Tickets are $90 each and tip is included in the ticket price.
