Boat Capacity: 130 Tickets Available: 75 Crusie Time: 11am-1pm With the purchase of your ticket, you will receive small bites and appetizers. However, we recommend eating a full breakfast and hydrating prior to boarding the boat. Marijuana and Alcohol Policy  * No alcohol, open containers or outside food permitted * The use and/or possession of illegal drugs, controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, are not allowed on board any vessel or City Cruises property and is prohibited by the US Coast Guard under federal law * Per Federal law, the use of marijuana products on the premises is illegal, regardless of a medical condition(s). The use and/or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by City Cruises and the US Coast Guard * City Cruises holds a zero-tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels and anyone who is caught participating or processing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated Bag Policy  * No bags exceeding 13''x 17'' are allowed on board * All bags are subject to search Security Policy & Prohibited Items * Security will search all personal items prior to boarding * Gates may close up to 10 minutes before scheduled departure time * Use of ticket gives valid consent for search and seizure of prohibited items * Discovery of prohibited items will result in denial of boarding/ seizure of items or ejection from event What is NOT allowed:  * No outside beverages or food * No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia * No totems * No large backpacks or bags exceeding 13''x17'' * No hydration backpacks * No weapons(including pocketknife and pepper spray) * No professional cameras or drone * No water guns * No guns even if they are permitted to have one * Any other item Security or the Staff deem a risk to the security of the vessel or guests
