Celebrate National Mental Health Awareness month with NAMI Seattle at Stigma Free Seattle! This vibrant event will feature a program of fun and uplifting experiences, including the work of talented local artists, presentations and mental health panels, community connections, and a local film screening. Through education, art, and inspiring stories, Stigma-free Seattle provides a place where it is ok to express oneself, connect with others, and talk about mental health.
