This workshop is designed to reorient participants toward a positive, outcome-focused discussion about diversity, equity and inclusion from a professional development lens.
The goal of this session is to educate organizational leaders on how to effectively demonstrate an equitable and inclusive professional brand that creates positive outcomes for diverse work environments.
After receiving foundational knowledge around key definitions, participants learn how to build cultural competence, engage in equitable decision making, master inclusive conversations and activate allyship in an authentic way.
Each participant will leave with a personal strategic plan to put their allyship into purposeful action.
