Music in the Museum Concert SeriesMFA Thesis Exhibition 2023 & Master of Music Student ShowcaseWednesday, May 3 at noon and 5:30 p.m.THERE ARE TWO PERFORMANCE TIMES. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE CORRECT TIME.Music in the Museum: MFA Thesis Exhibition & Master of Music Student Showcase is part of GAMA's Music in the Museum Concert Series. These programs explore the cross-fertilization of music and the visual arts through concerts in the galleries. Performances by Colorado State University music faculty and students are enriched with context provided by faculty and students from the Department of Art and Art History and the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. Performances will be held in GAMA's Griffin Foundation Gallery. Featuring music by Master of Music Students James Scott, Brianna Dene, and Amity Matthews alongside short artist talks by Master of Fine Arts graduates Vicente Delgado, Sam Hamilton, and Leila Malekadeli. These concerts are free and open to the public, but we ask for reservations as space is limited.
