General admission tickets are $75. Event includes buffet dinner, awards ceremony, dancing, 360 photo booth, cash bar, and various vendors. WOTFL’s mission is to encourage, motivate, strengthen, and empower women to enhance, and fulfill their life’s purpose through skill building, workshops, mentorship activities, and social events. GWAA’s mission is to provide the area’s youth with a positive football and cheerleading experience; and lays a foundation for teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, and a sense of community. WOTFL awards were established in 2023 to honor and showcase the talent and accomplishments of community leaders whose support has helped advance the empowerment of women, youth, and families in Central New York. The Community Leadership Awardees: Sharon Owens, City of Syracuse, Deputy Mayor; Anthony Davis, Syracuse City School District Superintendent; Beth Broadway, President & Chief Executive Director, Interfaith Works of CNY; and Shawn Kelsey, Chief Executive Officer, Nave Law Firm. The Youth Achievement Awardees: London Singletary, and Joshua Hester, Jr. Our 2023 Inaugural Sneaker Ball Gala & Awards fundraising goal is $50,000. All proceeds will help to sustain, enhance, and expand the unique events and services WOTFL, Inc., and GWAA provide in the Central New York community.
