Bonhams Skinner will lead a discussion on May 3rd at the Boston Gallery on Park Plaza. Specialists will explore the hallmarks of exceptional design, discuss the experts' guide to acquisition and the art of collecting. Highlights from several upcoming auctions will be on view, light refreshments will be served. Leading the discussion and sharing their experiences will be Leah Kingman of 20th Century Design and Christopher Fox of Americana as well as specialists from the Rugs & Textiles and Fine Art departments. We look forward to welcoming existing collectors and new enthusiasts for what promises to be a fascinating insight into the world of collecting and design. This event is being held as part of the 2023 Boston Design Week.
