Anastasia will guide students through the following steps of cake decorating:
Stacking & filling a 3 layer 6in cakeCrumb Coating CakePractice creating a smooth or textured frosting coat all over cakeMaking American Buttercream & testing its consistency for decoratingDesigning & creating a unique cake designFundamentals of piping techniquesHow to troubleshoot and repair mistakesStudents will go home with a decorated 3 layer 6in chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Allergens are Wheat,Milk & Soy.
Suggested Donation $25/Student . No students will be turned away due to lack of funds, simply donate as $0. To pay in person, bring cash day of and register as $0 donation!
