Our May event will include lunch, movement, and our special guest, Coach C, from Yellow Bird Fitness! She will be speaking about her entrepreneurship journey, her radical fitness ministry, and get us moving! Wear something you can move in, and tennis shoes are recommended. She will coach us through hard work and heart work!
Let's face it, most of us do not make our health a priority. However, it is biblical to honor God with our bodies. We need natural health, to do the spiritual work God has called us to. Invite a friend, and let's have some fun!
