Darlene Cain LeBlanc, [email protected]. Parking Instructions The parking garage in the KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts is directly under the building. The entrance to the parking garage is on Ross Avenue between Crockett Street and Leonard Street. Please enter the garage and pull a validation ticket. Visitor parking is on the 3 rd floor against the red wall. You will see Visitor designation signs. The garage elevator is conveniently within the Visitor parking area. If all those spots are taken, you can park on any level and/or space that is not Reserved. Take the garage elevator to the Lobby floor. This will bring you to the ground level lobby of our building. You will then turn left, another left into the lobby of the building and transfer to the building’s main lobby elevators past the Security station. The elevators in our new building are called “Destination Elevators” which means the floor numbers are located on a panel outside of the elevators, in the elevator bank lobby. Once you touch the 6 th floor button, you will see a letter directing you to the elevator cab with that same corresponding letter. It will take you directly to the 6 th floor with no stops along the way. You will be presented with a Parking Validation ticket from a Jackson Walker employee. This will be your payment for your parking. The ticket you pulled when entering the garage goes in the machine first, then the ticket Jackson Walker has given you goes in second as payment. 6th floor(Jackson Walker’s reception floor).
