This workshop will cover the basics of how to write a successful business plan. Topics will include: Purpose of a written business planOverview of the key components within the planHow to conduct the market research to make your plan stand outUtilizing business plan templatesDiving into the financial section of the plan including financial projections and why you need them Instructors: Joe Rodola & Bryan Rheem, SBDC advisors. Rodola and Rheem are both seasoned business specialists who will bring their long-term business expertise in teaching this informative workshop.
