Poderosa y Hermosa is on May 18 and will help us prepare for the upcoming new moon, and our focus is on our wholeness and divinity within. We gather in person at Corazón Counseling in Riverside. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and blanket, although there are a few available at the studio. I encourage you to bring a journal and water. Participants are guided through a series of reflection prompts to create their despachos, a visioning tool rooted in indigenous practices from the Andean region. We co-create with plant medicine and salt to illustrate our dream seeds coming to fruition while creating aligned actions with your soul's expansion. The circle includes vibrational healing with a sound bath.
