What is Pour the Record?We invite you to join us for our Pour the Record event at Acre 41, an upscale Contemporary American restaurant in the Campus District. This unique sensory experience pays homage to the Austin experience through the blending of sound and taste. Our incredible team has collaborated with whiskey experts to create an elevated cuisine experience. And, with our Vinyl Ambassador, we have pulled tasteful music from our Vinyl Library that spans all eras and genres. Together, these two elements help shape an experience like no other. Join us in our Private Dining Room once a month for whiskey tastings, elevated appetizers, and vinyl tunes curated by our Vinyl Ambassador. What You GetThe event is from 6pm-8pm (*come and go as you please!)Each ticket comes with a whiskey tasting and buffet-style lite bites *you may purchase additional drinks from the barThe featured whiskey of the month representative will educate you about the whiskey process, their history, and more.Our on-site Vinyl Ambassador will play tunes all evening to enhance your tasting experience & you may also purchase records from our libraryAbout our FeatureFounded in 1997, Jefferson's Bourbon is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. They were continuing a family whiskey tradition that goes back to Trey’s 8th generation grandmother who was arrested in 1799 for the “production and sales of spirituous liquors.” His curious and experimental mindset has allowed him to push the boundaries of bourbon whiskey.
