There is NO registration fee for current IPWMAN members to attend the conference. The fee for non-members is $25. If non-members decide to join IPWMAN after the conference the $25 will be applied as a credit toward their 2024 agency application fee. View Conference Details Reserve Hotel Room On-line IPWMAN will provide 2 rooms per member agency as long as we have rooms in our block. IPWMAN will pay $50, and the agency will be responsible for the remainder.The room rate is $85 so the agency will pay $35 plus taxes/fees and any incidentals for the room. Additional rooms, over 2 for an agency, will be at the standard group rate of $85. If you prefer you can call the hotel directly at (309) 664-6446 and select option 1 (it will say change an existing reservation, but that is the quickest option to speak with one of our onsite team members), and they can set up the reservation for you.
