One, of the mandates that Christians are called to do is to show love and care for those who are widows. In the Bible there are at least 15 pages of scripture that indicate widows hold a special place in God's heart and as followers of Christ, they should hold a special place in ours.
To that end, Bethel AME Champaign Sons of Allen Men's Ministry would like to show our love and appreciation with our 1st Annual Forever Loved Widows Brunch. The Sons of Allen will prepare and provide lunch, care, and all most importantly love.
In addition to brunch, we will have words of comfort and affirmation from Rev. Tennille Power, Pastor of Hazel Crest Community United Methodist Church.
This event is free, but space is limited and you must register to attend.
