We will begin this experience by grounding ourselves, setting our intentions and being specific about the things we would like to release or manifest even if it's not aloud but within our own minds. We do this while sitting or lying down on the mats as I initially guide you through a gentle mindful meditation while playing healing instruments such as Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, Native American Flutes, Rav Vast Drums, Gongs, Chimes, Rain sticks and more, as a way to allow the vibrations to create the space your body needs to relax, renew and restore. Yoga mats, Bolsters and blankets will be provided but it is encouraged to bring your own throw blankets and even small pillows for your personal comfort to familiar texture. After the sound bath there will be space to speak and ask about any instruments or simply discuss how your experience was. I believe attending sound baths regularly have a tremendous beneficial impact on our mental health and overall, wellbeing as we are normally stuck in survival mode as we navigate our everyday lives.
