If you have been to other board game conventions you can expect some familiar things: board games, friendly folks, popular games that other gamers and the convention will host, and some play to wins. Unique things about our convention is the incredibly accessible cost. We keep this low to ensure that folks can come to enjoy a game and not break the bank. Another thing we have is a free board game library for all attendees. These games are community supplied and therefore offer a great opportunity to meet other local games and enjoy a game you like. We also encourage and invite many aspiring game designers to bring their prototypes to get them play-tested. Finally, we love publishers to come and meet gamers with a game they are developing and/or selling to enjoy the game. Our overall goal is to invite the gaming community and help it grow. We can only do this because of the great community that exists in Knoxville.
