Description

The LNC Forum is Leadership North Carolina’s flagship event for leaders from across North Carolina. Often referred to as “LNC in one day,” the LNC Forum provides an update for LNC alumni and a sample of the LNC experience for leaders interested in the program. Hosted annually, the Forum educates leaders about the most critical issues facing the state, creating a more informed group of stakeholders committed to North Carolina’s future. We hope leading with intention to create a North Carolina that promotes authenticity, accountability and a sustainable future for all is work we can collectively work on. This year we will explore our state motto – Esse quam videri. How do you live into our state motto and what are some lessons you have learned along your journey? How can leaders best take action alongside each other to move NC forward? Together, we will explore and share leadership practices that will enhance our personal development, as well as the development of our communities. The LNC Forum will bring together alumni, community leaders, and diverse speakers to share information and expertise to ensure bridges of knowledge and action are created and expanded in every county in North Carolina. We need to continue to define the idea of leadership in North Carolina and how we can best engage with one another to create intentional positive paths of change. Bridging North Carolina’s issues and opportunities is important work and we all can act today, for tomorrow.
