Join Art Talk's 'Perspective' art as therapy group where you'll create a mask that represents both how you see yourself and how you think others see you. In this group, you'll work with a trained therapist to design and create a mask that represents your inner self and the persona you project to the world. You'll explore the complex relationship between the two and how they affect your relationships with others. Through the process of creating your mask, you'll gain new insights into your self-image and how it impacts your interactions with others. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with others in the group who are exploring similar themes. This group gives you the opportunity to discover how the power of art can help you better understand yourself and improve your relationships with others. Art Talk groups aim to be therapeutic and the emphasis of the art-making is focused on the process rather than the outcome.
