Election of the 2023-2024 Board of Directors 7:30 - 9:00 Workshop with Anna Gordhamer Akin Cursive is an easy to learn, monoline script that was created by the late German calligrapher Hans Joachim Burgert. We will start by learning this quick hand using any kind of pen or pencil and then move on to a pointed pen to play around with varying it a bit. Burgert likened it to the rhythm or a heartbeat and to the flow of waves. It is really fun and I am excited to share it with you.
