We are thrilled to introduce the new chapter of Italian Scientists in the US, South East Chapter, ISSNAF- SE, and celebrate the Italian Research Day in the World, shedding lights on the incredible work that scientists of every disciplines do on the territory, showcasing excellences and interdisciplinary partnership.
The Italian Consulate fosters these events and invited the following speakers:- Davide Tanasi, Professor of Digital Humanities - Giuliano Hazan, Award-winner Cookbook Author
to talk about the influence of the Italian Culture on Art and medicine, walking us through an impressive historical trip among the different Italian Regions.
We will have the opportunity to learn more about the Mediterranean Diet in Greek and Roman Art, thanks to the invaluable in-gallery presentation of Branko van Oppen, Curator of the Greek and Roman Art Galleries of the Tampa Museum of Art.
Guests will enjoy a typical Italian afternoon at the museum, with a Welcome Cocktail hour , featuring the Italian Fashion Designer Marcus Menniti's unique creations for this event, and interactive lectures, to conclude with an exclusive in-gallery guided tour.
