What is the Sweat Social? The Sweat Social started in Los Angeles, California 16 years ago and is making it's way down to the Port City! The event is a massive outdoor workout where the community comes togther to celebrate movement, healthy, active lifestyles and community. The event will be guided by professional fitness trainers, using simple body weight movements!!
