May 17 *10:00 AM to Noon - WAFM Annual Business Meeting *1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - CPVC Sprinkler System Installation and Inspection - Instructor Scott Harrison , International FlameGuard CPVC Technical Specialist for Spears Manufacturing Company May 18 *Wildland Urban Interface prevention, and preparedness. *8:00 AM to Noon - This morning session includes presentations from experts regarding the Wyoming wildfire problem, funding and programs, responsibilities of all community members and leaders on both sides of fences and jurisdictions – including the public. Resources and programs such as NFPA's Firewise and Outthink Wildfire will be highlighted. *1:00 PM to 3:00 PM - This afternoon session will build upon the morning session with topics including Assessing Structure Ignition Potential from Wildfire as well as an overview of the applicable model standards and their development process as well as the Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist Program The afternoon will close with a panel discussion including the day's presenters. *6:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Social Function - 307CRR Team meeting facilitated by Mark Norford, Fire Inspector/Public Educator with the Wyoming State Fire Marshal’s Office. May 19 *8:00 AM to Noon -Food Truck Inspections. Best practices, code considerations, and providing consistency across Wyoming. Students will receive ICC Preffered Provider CEUs for classes attended and completed.
