The Best of PPS Film Festival showcases the work of young filmmakers in the Portland Public Schools District. PPS film teachers know from experience that students take themselves seriously as filmmakers when the community around them does so as well. This is why film industry judges from Portland to New York have curated this selection of films from the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years.
