Instructor: Elaina Moon, Owner Healthy Eats
As a former resident of Alabama, I had the pleasure of growing up with these delicious southern dishes. They are rich, comforting, and bring back memories of the good ol' days. Unfortunately, they aren't the healthiest, until now! Join me as we reinvent these traditional southern dishes without loosing any of the comfort or taste.
This is a hands-on cooking class where participants will be in groups preparing one of the menu items. You will get to taste each of the dishes and enjoy a full meal in class. Recipes are included as well as all the instruction you need to recreate these southern recipes at home. Limited spots available. Sign up soon while tickets last!
Menu:
Stove Top Mac n' Cheese
Hushpuppies with Remoulade Sauce
Southern Collard Greens
Southern Cobb Salad
