This conversation for and with Black youths is the third of a series of 4 community conversations about the impact police violence has on the mental health of the Black community.
The conversation series is a collaborative effort of several Cleveland community organizations to engage the community, to provide resources, and to develop solutions to best meet the needs of Clevelanders.
Information gathered from these events through conversations about attendees' lived experiences will be used to help build trauma informed police policy and training in Cleveland.
Attendees will also learn about available therapies and mental health agencies to help reduce the effects of over policing and trauma caused by police.
Please note, this event is for Black youths in Cleveland who have been impacted by police violence. Please join us to share your experiences.
