STARK COUNTY PROBATE COURT – JUDGE DIXIE PARK & The Stark Multidisciplinary Advocacy and Protective Resources Team (SMART) PRESENT:  The 11th Annual Justice for All – Protecting the Elderly & Disabled Seminar:   This FREE seminar will provide information to the Stark County community to promote awareness and recognition of problems facing the elderly and disabled citizens in our area, and provide access to resources available to address those problems.  8:15 am Registration and Continental breakfast 9:00 am Communicating with Older Adults and Understanding the Scope and Complexity of Cognitive Functioning and its Impact on the Risk of Exploitation and Abuse – Dr. Karen P.
