Hello, We are excited to host the Pickleball Retreat at J House Greenwich Hotel which will include hotel stay, cocktail reception, lunch, dinner, and Pickleball Clinic at the New Canaan Racquet Club in Connecticut!! The following is the schedule retreat: Friday- 5:30-7:30 p.m. Cocktail Reception with Hors d'oeuvre Saturday- To transport the participants to the clinic, there will be two SUV chauffeur services picking them up at the hotel at 8:30am. From 9:00 am-12 pm -Pickleball clinic. The clinic will consist of stroke development, dink shot, serves & returns, specialty shots, rules, etiquette and match play! At 12:45- lunch for the participants that are staying at he hotel. After lunch the partipants will have the rest of the afternoon to relax at the pool with a glass of Prosecco!! We will conclude the event with a nice 3 course dinner with wine at 7:30pm!! Sunday- Check out time at 11:00am Facility Information: Four air-conditioned indoor pro cushion courts Instructors: Geoff Jagdfeld, USPTA Eastern Head Pickleball Trainer, Elon Mileikowsky, USPTA Certified Instructor. We have 3 types of enrollments: staying two nights or one night, and pickleball clinic and cocktail reception. Note: The paddles you can use it for recreational only at this moment. For competition, it must be approved by the USAPA. Paddle material: Fiberglass/PP Core Cancellation Policy: We will reimburse 100% of the enrollment payment except Eventbrite fees if the participant cancel 31 days prior to the day of the event (refund to the original payment method only), 6 days to 30 days before the event will reimburse 25%(refund to the original payment method only), 5 days prior to the event date, we can't reimbursed it- it will be charged in full. The Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, so they won't return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. But there are two exceptions. Eventbrite fees will refund to buyers when an event is cancelled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase. We look forward to seeing you!!
