Make some time Sunday morning to truly focus on your own wellbeing. Join us for Mindfulness Meditation. This class is appropriate for those new to meditation or those familiar with it. Jojo will guide the class through meditation and gentle stretching.
One hour class will be followed by mindful NA sips, including kombucha.
Meditation may be done seated in a chair or on a yoga mat.
What to wear: comfortable, breathable clothing that you can stretch in
What to bring: yoga mat, pillow and blanket, optional
