"Healing for the Healer" is a Christian event that aims to provide spiritual support, strength, and encouragement for those who provide care to others. This ministry recognizes that individuals who work in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, home care, or other settings can experience emotional, mental, and physical fatigue, which can negatively impact their ability to provide quality care to their patients. Therefore, the ministry has organized a special healing event on June 3, 2023, at the Marriott Courtyard New Haven Orange/Milford in Orange, CT, to provide healing and support for these caregivers through the ministry of prayer. Registration is free. Care providers are on the heart and mind of God, and He desires to heal the healers. The Healing for the Healer event will be a unique opportunity for care providers to take a break from their demanding and often stressful work and focus on their own well-being. The event will feature a time of musical worship, biblical teaching on healing, and one-on-one and corporate prayer time. Additionally, the event will provide a safe space for attendees to connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving.
