Ready to dive deep into meditation and yoga in alignment with the Masters? Join Elisabeth as she guides a workshop on how to incorporate meditation into your daily routine or practice/sadhana by blending yoga on the mat and meditation for spiritual growth. *15-minute talk on the importance of meditation and tips as taught by saints and sages *60 minutes of all-levels blend of playful Prana Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. *5 minutes – relax as you listen or chant to harmonium playing by Elisabeth *25 minutes of seated meditation with pranayama, guided meditation and time for silent meditation. *10 minutes of savasana with optional essential oils *Optional 5 minutes Q & A as we wrap up Elisabeth sprinkles bhakti in the class with a brief spell of harmonium playing and chanting at the start and end of meditation to open your heart in devotion. Optional essential oil and gentle release in final savasana for support in letting go. Step back into the world with a deeper connection with the inner peace of your soul that awaits you in stillness. Elisabeth will be available afterwards to answer questions about the power of Kriya Yoga meditation as taught by the Masters from India. Audible copies of her book Stillness & Wilderness: A Bold Ride from Despair to Deep Wisdom and Love will be given away at the end to a few attendees. What to bring: Wear attire appropriate for a yoga class and a yoga mat. Bring a pen, journal or notepad, and a bottle/sealed mug for water. If you have a cushion you like to use to sit on for meditation, please bring it. Also, bring a blanket from home so you can cover yourself for the meditation portion. Decaffeinated tea and fruit will be served. Meet Elisabeth! “The Healer of Healers”, Elisabeth is a thought leader on the intertwining of mental health and spiritual growth. Teaching since 2008, Elisabeth blends vinyasa yoga in alignment with Shiva Rea (Samudra Global School of Living Yoga with Shiva Rea: 200 hour Prana Vinyasa® yoga teacher), hatha yoga and pranayama through studying with Mas Vidal, and deep, general meditation that gives a taste of Kriya Yoga by evoking the Masters of that lineage.
