Relax as Jere leads you in meditation, chanting, and then creates a GONG VORTEX to envelop your body, mind, and spirit in healing and energizing vibrations. Take your own personal journey to a deep level of inner peace, rejuvenation, and re-energization. Raise your awareness of your Authentic Self, balance your energies, and flow into alignment with Universal Truth. Doors open at 6:00. Please arrive before 6:30 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 6:30. WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances. BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.) Meet Jere! “I don’t play the gongs – the gongs play me,” says Jere. “The gongs are my Teacher. They teach me to be ever mindful, to be present, to Be Here Now. They remind me to be humble, to walk with the Divine, to trust that Life brings exactly what is in the highest good of all concerned, to appreciate the Oneness of all Creation, and to Be in the high vibrational space of Love.” Jere began playing gongs in 2009. He has studied with world renowned Gongmaster Don Conreaux and several other master gong and sound healing teachers. Jere has played gongs and facilitated sound healing sessions for thousands of people in the U.S. and internationally. Jere facilitates public and private sound medicine sessions, Breathwork + Gong Medicine Journeys, and Cacao Ceremonies with gongbaths.
