The Queer Umbrella, a local Denver organization that aims to make queer community accessible, is hosting its second annual YardSale on Saturday, May 6th from 11am to 5pm at Town Hall Collaborative. This pre-pride month fundraiser is a rare opportunity to thrift clothes, eat good food, and create community, all while fundraising for two Colorado LGBTQIA+ organizations: the Transformative Freedom Fund and Youth Seen. YardSale is a queer space for affordable thrifting – where queer folks and allies get the chance to shop for gender-affirming clothes, workwear, and vintage finds. Delicious eats from The Easy Vegan and Flavors of Tabasco food trucks, vibe to tunes by DJ Hex Kitten, and get connected with local, queer social groups and community organizations.
