We are teaming up with Kati of Kate & Rose Patterns, to bring you a special upcycled embroidery event to give your garments new life with a Hungarian style! Kati, born in Hungary, has been embroidering since she was a little girl and is bringing her rich expertise and experience to us! We will walk you through several different types of stitches and patters, but will let you do the creating. We are encouraging you to bring a cotton woven garment, (i.e. a button down, blouse, dress, or even bandana) that you can add a new design element to. If you don't have something to add to, we will have pieces available to purchase during the event, with a ton of free scraps to practice with. We will provide some light snacks and refreshments, and as always, great vibes.
