Be sure to save the date of Sunday, April 30 as we celebrate International Jazz Day with a Jazz Trio Festival!This will be JazzBuffalo’s 5th Annual International Jazz Celebration as an official IJD Participant. We are excited to be back at Seneca One! For this year’s International Jazz Day Celebration, JazzBuffalo will present: The Jazz Trio FestivalWe will host a day of celebrating the art of jazz trios and the fabulous jazz trios we have right here in Buffalo. Join us for an afternoon of jazz trio music that will include The Cousins Trio, Andrew Nixon Trio, and the Donny Frauenhofer Trio (DF3) to perform on the Seneca One Stage.  We will also have solo or duo performances in the Seneca One Lobby. A special appearance by the Lindsey Holland Unit will close the festival. The Lindsey Holland Unit will feature Lindsey Holland on vocals, John Troy on sax, Jared Tinham on guitar, Ed Croft on bass, and Alec Dube on drums.  A fantastic unit featuring one of our top jazz vocalists in the region and some of Buffalo’s best next generation of jazz artists! We hope you will join us for our 5th Annual International Jazz Day Celebration.  Part of the proceeds will support JazzBuffalo’s upcoming Summer of Jazz Season 3.  Our effort is to continue to provide free outdoor jazz to the community through the Keep Jazz Alive Fund.
