Join us for a night of food, drink, and education as we bring back our food and beer pairing. This year we will feature a 4-course meal from Bender's Pub Grub. Each course will be paired with a beer selected by our head brewer, Andy Reynolds. Andy will discuss proper beer tasting and will explain each beer selection per course.
Tickets include a 4-course meal, a beer (half pint or 4 oz snifter) per course, and a pint of Regular Domestic Beer to act as a pallet cleanse between courses.

Goetta & White Cheddar Tater Tots served with a cayenne aioliSpinach & Arugula Salad - Spinach, baby arugula, radicchio, fresh berries, goat cheese, candied walnuts, with a bourbon maple vinaigretteSmoked Short Ribs - Lightly smoked braised short ribs with bourbon butter mashed yukon potatoes, Alabama white BBQ sauce, and pickled red onionsCrème Brûlée Paired beers will be announced at the event.
