2023 Youth FX World Premiere Screening

Youth FX will host the world premiere of new short films from across our programs on Thursday, June 1st at 7 pm at Spectrum 8 Landmark Theaters. The screening will feature brand new narrative and documentary films created by youth filmmakers from the City of Albany. The bulk of the films were produced as part of the 2022-23 Youth FX programs where young people ages 14-18 explored the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking and digital media. There will be a Q & A with filmmakers, cast, and crew after the screening. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students, and a special donor price of $30. All proceeds raised from the screening will support the 2023 Youth FX summer programs.
