In this class, you can expect to discover whiskey from unexpected places, including Europe, Asia, and even down under. You will learn about how these whiskies are being produced and whether they build upon established traditions or forge their own paths. You will taste each example and examine how it differs from more familiar spirits as well as how it shares a common legacy with more established whiskies.
