We are so excited to celebrate our new office with you! The Blue Waters Group was established in Folsom back in 2012 by long-time residents Matt Sundermier & Lisa Ferro. After 10 successful years of helping clients buy, sell & refinance their homes in Folsom and the surrounding region, we have now expanded into a larger space so our team can continue to grow and help even more folks who need our real estate services!
