Join us Sunday May 7th for a 30 minute HIIT workout with certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor Sean Powers. Sean will lead you through a high energy workout consisting of body weight and resistance band exercises to help burn fat, build muscle and sweat out the Sunday scaries.
Class will be held outside in the parking lot, weather permitting, so please wear close toed shoes and be prepared to sweat, and be sure to bring a yoga mat if you feel that you'd need it! Please arrive a few minutes early to grab a good spot!
Class will be from 11-11:30am and the shopping event will be from 11:30am-Noon
