Welcome to our 55th Anniversary! We have been so honored to be a part of our community owning one of the most historical buildings on your way to the coast and we are so proud to be a part of Sonoma Countys longest run family businesses since 1968. Dinucci's was once the Depot Hotel where the Northern Pacific Coast Railroad would run past and drop off passengers. The Northern Pacific Coast Railroad carried lumber, local dairy and agricultural products, and passengers from Cazadero to Sausalito. In the photo we’ve included you can see where the train once ran through to load cattle from the corrals that were just to the left of us. Our small little Hamlet was once the central location for the Western Sonoma Marin Cattle Show. It’s remarkable to see how our small little town of 147 people was once the chosen town to host such an event. It’s said that the event had about 10,000 visitors. The first Western Sonoma Marin Dairy Cattle Show was in 1921 June 10th & 11th Valley Ford was chosen due to its central location. The first show consisted of 3 tents One tent for Pure bred cattle One for grading One for commercial exhibits There was also an amusement zone and a refreshment and home cooking booth which was ran by the ladies of the district and became one of the outstanding features of the show. This years Anniversary party we are focusing on not only our history but our community's history & how Valley Ford was once the Prime location for the Western Sonoma Marin Cattle Show. We will have events throughout the evening for all to enjoy: Music Schedule: DJ Byron throughout the day starting at Noon (Outdoor) Train Wreck Junction 2pm-5pm (Outdoor) Nick Foxer with Dinner Music 6pm-9pm Guest Bartenders featuring our Local Ranchers & Dairymen Tomales FFA Branding Booth: Asking our local Ranchers & Dairymen to bring their brands to brand on our sign which will be displayed in our bar area & Donate to Tomales FFA AG inspired Craft Cocktail's, Offering our Authentic Fresh & Local Lunches & Dinners, Craft Beer on Tap, Indoor & Outdoor dining. Kunde Wine Bar featuring limited Kunde Labels only available at our location & Kunde Winery: Kunde Reserve Chardonnay Kunde Summers Blush Kunde Rose Bubbles Kunde Century Vine Zinfandel Reservations recommended.
