ISI Elite Training-Lexington will be hosting a Free Indoor/Outdoor Mega Workout for our 1 year anniversary at our facility located at 425 Columbia Ave, Lexington SC 29072. ISI Elite Training specializes in Athletic Based Training (combination of functional and strength training) for all fitness levels. This high intensity session will be led by Nationally Certified Performance Coaches. Free to everyone 12 years and older. All non-members must register and check-in by 8:30 am the morning of event. The workout will start at 9:00 am and last aprox. 75 minutes.
