Presenter: Dr. Ashlye has served in an executive leadership capacity on the Board of Trustees for Winthrop University for a decade. During that ten year period, she has actively worked on each individual governance committee alongside her peers. Simultaneously, Dr. Ashlye earned a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning at the University of South Carolina. Additionally, she also earned two professional certifications from Cornell University in Executive Leadership and Servant Leadership. Dr. Ashlye is passionate about personal and professional performance and has personally completed over ten leadership development programs to further hone her skillset. She actively serves her community and has contributed her time and talents to over a dozen boards, councils, and committees. Bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience, along with her commitment for service, Dr. Ashlye will provide relevant services to further prepare and develop your board, team, and/or staff. Key areas of focus will include leadership development, goal setting, conflict resolution, vision casting, and governance roles.
